Moulding and vacuum process

Kaufler's full moulding and vacuum packing process can easily be integrated in your vacuum cooked ham production lines.

 

Indeed, the FLEXVAC COOK IN line allows moulding as well as vacuum packing of various kinds of ham  (traditionnal hams, ham logs, shoulder…).

 

An elevator/dumper at the beginning of the line allows easy unloading of the product in the reception hopper. Then operators weight and put hams in moulds which are then dispatched, thanks to a conveyor towards the Jambovac Cook In   for the next step : vacuum packing. Once those steps are achieved, products are transferred automatically or not by a second conveyor.

 

The process can then go on with the shaping/cooking/chilling   phase thanks to Kaufler multiple moulds  Polymodules®  and Polycent®
