The brine units systems , refrigerated or not, allow, in maximal efficiency and security conditions, to produce all kinds of brines.
 

Kaufler extended range of injectors , widely well-tried, are adapted to primary or secondary brines and features the patented HCDS system. They are mainly used in meat and cheese industries. 

 

Kaufler vacuum tumblers with capacities going from 150 to 12 000 litres assure quality and efficiency. 

 

We can also highlight the new process designed to suppress use of bins and reduce penibility of discharging tumblers : Tumbloader®.
