Gamax® 500 is the latest brine injector Kaufler added to its well known brine injectors range. Gamax® 500 is dedicated to brine and flavours injection into cheese with exact flow control.
Gamax® injector is the result of 25 years of experience in devising, manufacturing, setting up and following up of brine injectors in meat industries.
Gamax® 500 allows core injection in big rounds of cheese before their immersion in the usual brine bath which therefore lasts shorter. Gamax® 500 is suitable for hard and semi-hard cheese.
The structure of this innovative brine injector Gamax® 500 is made of a column, a rotating plate, an injection head fitted with 532 needles and a conveyor for positioning products under the injection head.
Those equipments are in a netted security enclosure with a secured access door.
